TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We like to keep things simple and easy at GoCar and so have very few terms and conditions.

Requirements for GoCar hire
All drivers must be over 21 and have a driver's license
A credit card is required to initiate the tour, but you can pay cash on your return if you wish.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel over one month in advance of your reserved time then we will give you a full refund. If you cancel over 48 hours in advance of your reserved time then 15€ of your deposit will be refunded (there is a 20€ cancellation fee per GoCar). If you cancel less than 48 hours before your reserved time you will lose your deposit.

In the event of rain, it is still possible to take a tour with us, or you can take a rain check and reschedule for another day within six months.

 

Driver's License Policy

You will need an international license or a translation of your license into Spanish If:

· you hold a non-European license· 

· your license is NOT written in Spanish

· your license is NOT from one of the countries listed below:

Andorra, Algeria, Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Croacia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Japan, Morocco, Paraguay, Peru, Phillipines, Romania, Serbia, South Korea, Switzerland, Uruguay, Venezuela.

 

International Driver's License

You are still able to rent a GoCar without an international license or an official translation and will be covered by insurance; however you will be driving at your own risk. GoCar will not accept any responsibility for any potential fines or costs incurred.

 

Driver's License Translations

If you would like a translation of your license into Spanish, send us your license and we will have the translation waiting for you upon arrival.  Please bear in mind that we can only translate your license if it is written in English or French
